I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, although there were some minor issues. I appreciated having a reserved spot and all the essentials provided, from toiletries to comfy robes and delicious coffee. The map of Providence with recommended places was a nice touch. However, some bugs still need addressing.

The rooms had everything we needed and were comfortable, but there were some minor issues that still need attention. Each room was unique, which added a nice touch to the stay.
Service

The staff, although not onsite, was very helpful and responsive via text. They tried their best to assist with issues like the water heater problem. However, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and response time.
Location

The location wasn't the best, as there weren't many dining options within walking distance. I felt a bit isolated, especially being a solo traveler with no staff onsite. However, the area around the hotel, with its old brick industrial buildings, street art, and Latino eateries, was interesting to explore.
Dining

I didn't have a chance to try the dining options, but I did notice they offered hot sandwiches. However, it would have been better if there was a cafe or bakery within walking distance.

I had a great stay at the Dye House! The rooms were like cozy apartments, equipped with all the essentials like toiletries, comfy robes, delicious coffee, and a map of Providence with their recommended spots to visit. Each room had its unique charm, making my stay feel special. While the service was responsive and friendly, I wish they could improve their communication and response time, especially during the water heater issue. The location, although not postcard pretty, had a distinctive vibe with old brick industrial buildings, street art, and fantastic Latino eateries. However, the lack of a nearby cafe or bakery was a downside for me as a solo traveler. I enjoyed the Italian strata dining experience as a nice touch. The pet amenities were a bonus, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. The value for money was decent, although the isolated feeling and the vulnerability of no staff onsite were concerns. Overall, a memorable stay with some minor areas for improvement.

I chose to stay here over The Dean Hotel because the room felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. The service could have been more hospitable in communication and responding faster. The location felt a little isolated, and having no onsite staff could be concerning for solo travelers. The dining experience was unique with Dim Sum. Overall, a mixed experience with positives and negatives.
